    Hourly Meeting Room Rates
    All Meeting Room Time Booked & Billed in 15 Minute Increments

    • $25/Hour: Member Rate – For any hours used above their monthly allotment in the in-suite meeting rooms
    • $30 – $40/Hour: Non-Member Rate – For use of the in-suite meeting rooms by individuals who are not monthly members
    • $40/Hour: Suite 280 Rate – Hourly rate for the use of Suite 280 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek for both members and non-members of the Boardroom Workplaces**
    • $50/Hour: Suite 290 Rate – Hourly rate for the use of Suite 290 at Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek for both members and non-members of the Boardroom Workplaces**
